play it forward; a performance to conclude the mygeneration @ work congress. the theme of the congress was the reduction of youth unemployment in europe. how do you deal with the changing role as an employee / employer? who and what needs to change?

Commissioned by the municipality of Rotterdam, we made a show for the conclusion of the MyGeneration @ work project in which the theme and the results have been processed so far. With the aim of making the material tangible, concrete.

In the setting of "The Factory of Good Ideas" all participants could feel the bottlenecks of our current system of director / manager / worker. After this experience, all results were discussed and the basis was laid for the follow-up process.
